Are Honey Kissed Cosmetics products sold at any other retailers? 

No. HoneyKissedCosmetics.com is the EXCLUSIVE destination for Honey Kissed Cosmetics. 


 
How often do you restock?

We aim to restock every week, but restock dates vary depending on product availability.

 

How can I find out about restocks?

Restock information will always be posted on the HKC official twitter @HK_Cosmetics.

 

How many items can I buy in one purchase? 

Orders are not limited. 

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

 Please keep in mind that during the holidays and big restocks, this time may vary. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

 

How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches. Our hours operations are M-F 9am to 5pm Eastern.

 

Do you offer returns?

Due to each item being handmade, all return inquiries need to be made 72 hours after package delivery. There will be a 50% restocking fee for all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 3 days of receipt of package.

 

I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes? 

You may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes in your country. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

 

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] with your inquiry. 


 What is Pre-Shipment? 

Once a label is created, the tracking number is placed in preshipment for packaging and awaits USPS pickup. This step can last up to a week.


Can I change my order once I've placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.


Why is my order taking so long?

All products are handmade by one person and we receive a high volume of orders. This is a small business, please be mindful.
